The NIS2 Scan & Implementation is a comprehensive program for organizations that not only want to gain insight but are also committed to achieving structured NIS2 compliance.
Over the course of three months, with an estimated client involvement of approximately thirty hours, the organization is guided step by step toward full NIS2 compliance. The program includes a stakeholder analysis and the formation of a leading coalition within the organization. Together with the client, a clear vision and strategy are developed, the scope of the information security plan is defined, and an operational and tactical plan is created, including a handbook.
The program concludes with the delivery of a Statement of Applicability, providing the organization with formal insight into which measures are applicable.
